Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of vaping products and in compliance with Florida state health and safety regulations, all sales of disposable vapes, e-liquids, pods, and consumable products are final and non-refundable.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, description, and photos. We will offer a replacement or store credit.

Refund Process
